Transferred again!!

Ciao tutti,

So, as the title says I've been transfered after just 6 short weeks in Palermo. I was transfered really far too. I took the city bus to the station, and then walked all my bags to my new house. It was tough. For those of you that didn't catch the sarcasm I just moved across the city to the other part of Palermo. I pretty much didn't go anywhere, and I'm very thankful for this transfer. It literally was a life saver. I went from the weird branch, and the weird district to the coolest district ever, and the cool branch here in Palermo. I'm way excited, and my new companion is such a stud. Probably the strangest kid ever, but you just can't help but laugh at his weirdness. Anziano Harlos is from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He's a cool kid, and we are going to have a blast.

So I just have to mention that I moved into the giant house. All the missionaries in my house are taller that 6' and I can't even push 5'7". They are towers compared to me. At least the sisters are short. I really don't have much else to say. Oh! The only down side. I just finished cleaning the other house, and the place was squeaky clean, and beautiful. Then I arrive at my new house, and just about broke out in tears. That place was filthy, and the first thing I did was clean. It was sad.

Oh, I do have this crazy story. We played soccer this morning after we sent all the other missionaries off for Catania. We went to this little dirt/concrete field next to this church. We start playing, and this kid that just woke up from his sleep in the church garden comes over and askes if he can play. We obviously say of course, but that was before we realized this kid was wasted. He reaked of alcohol, and I swear he was just sweating pure alcohol. He was a funny player as well. He goes into the goal to be goalie except he didn't play goalie. It was just funny watching this kid try to play, and then he takes his shirt off, and the sisters just start blushing. It was funny. I suppose you just had to be there to see it. Anyway I love ya'll. Jordan, aguri again, and give my best wishes to your fidanzata.

Arrivederci.

Anziano Paul
