I'm not in Texas anymore

Buongiorno

Wow, this week has been quite busy and I can't believe how fast time flies. Something cool that happened to us the other day is that we were coming out of the old city (every city in Italy has an old part of the city where everything is really old and it's amazing that people still live there) when the big Cathedral of the city started to ring it's huge bells. It made me jump and it really made me realize that I'm not in Texas anymore. It's funny how comfortable I've become here, and it's only been four months. I will probably leave Crotone in about 3 weeks and that will really make me sad. I love this little city and the friends that I've made here. The past two days I had to spend in Cosenza cause my companion went to Catania for a meeting. It was fun being in a four man city especially with the new zone leader Anz. Wood. He's really funny and gets me to do stupid stuff like..... After a long rainy night of mostra we went to buy pizza. They made them by hand after you ordered and he had a lot of pizzas to make. It took about 45 mins, so while we were waiting this group of people had just left and they didn't eat half of their pizza. Anz. Wood dared me to go and eat the rest of the pizza, so I did and after about 2 mins he was right next to me along with Anz. Pacada. I know it was pretty pathetic looking, and if there wasn't a wall blocking the view of the workers I think we would have done it anyways (we were starving). Easter went well, but the crazy thing is the day after here in Italy is a huge holiday where everyone goes out of town. Cosenza was completely dead. I saw like two people outside. The pictures are all of Crotone. Hope ya'll like em.

Arrivederci

Anz Paul
